Microblading Q&A
Microblading typically lasts around 1-3 years depending on skin type, lifestyle, skincare products, and aftercare. A perfecting touch-up is usually recommended around 6β8 weeks after your first appointment.
Avoid sweating, makeup, swimming, saunas, tanning, and excessive moisture on the brows for about 7β10 days after your appointment.
We customize every set of brows using facial mapping, bone structure, natural brow growth, and your personal style preferences to create the best shape and color for you.
For best results, please avoid the following before your microblading appointment:
- Botox injections for 2 weeks prior
- Caffeine and Advil/Ibuprofen for 48 hours prior
- Retin-A/retinol products for 30 days prior
- Chemical peels for 30 days prior
- Excessive sun exposure or sunburn for 7β10 days prior
Also avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications before your appointment unless prescribed by your doctor. Following these guidelines helps minimize sensitivity, bleeding, and uneven pigment retention.
