Massage Therapy
Therapeutic massage uses techniques that incorporate a firm massage addressing the attachment of muscle to bone. When this is successful, the muscles will literally relax on their own in a somewhat melting effect.

A little facial can do the skin, body, and mind some good. We offer this facial for those pressed for time, or need a quick fix. This facial includes deep cleansing, light exfoliation, and a custom finishing mask.
